Introduction

The Project is the coal slime water treatment produced by ground washing and cleaning equipment of Yihua Mining Industry, with a design daily treatment capacity of 150m³/d. The effluent meets the Appendix B Underground Fire Protection and Watering Quality Standard of Code for Design of Underground Fire Protection and Watering in Coal Mines (GB50383-2016), and is reused as reclaimed water for underground fire protection and dust reduction spraying; Reuse of water resources.

Solve Problems

It mainly solves the coal slime water problem caused by ground flushing in the coal mine industrial plant area. After being treated, the ground production flushing wastewater is reused as reclaimed water for underground fire fighting and dust reduction spraying; Reuse of water resources.

Project Highlights

The process core equipment is made of 304 stainless steel with optimized structure, and the non-standard modular intelligent manufacturing on site, with the service life more than 3 times longer than that of traditional carbon steel equipment; The effluent is reused as reclaimed water for underground fire fighting and dust reduction sprinkling, saving about 54000 tons of tap water per year; The whole station is equipped with ExdbIIBT4Gb dust explosion-proof certified motor (domestic first-line brand) and intelligent variable load regulation technology, with comprehensive energy conservation rate of 25% - 30% and operation cost reduced by over 22%; Green disinfection technology "chlorine dioxide generator" is adopted to disinfect high efficiency and wide spectrum, quickly kill pathogenic bacteria in water, adapt to the quality of reclaimed water in coal mines, and guarantee the safety and compliance of recycled water; The recycling water system is equipped with adaptive constant-pressure water supply system to realize the intelligent combined supply of plant area and underground dual network. The water pressure fluctuation is ≤ ± 0.01MPa, and the water supply energy consumption is reduced by 18%.
