【Job Responsibilities】
1. Assist the General Manager in formulating medium and long-term development strategies and annual business plans for the enterprise, lead the organization of various departments to break down goals, formulate implementation rules, track the progress of strategic implementation, regularly summarize business data (including production, sales, engineering, costs, etc.), form operational analysis reports, and provide data support and professional advice for the General Manager's decision-making;
2. Coordinate the overall operational rhythm of the enterprise, coordinate cross departmental work such as sales, engineering, technology, and administrative personnel, solve core pain points in cross system collaboration, optimize operational processes, propose response strategies and promote implementation, and improve the overall operational efficiency of the enterprise;
3. Assist the general manager in coordinating sales system management work, participate in sales strategy formulation, market layout planning, and key customer resource docking, and promote the sales team to achieve annual performance goals;
4. Assist the general manager in overall project management related to engineering, coordinate the collaboration between the engineering team and sales, production, procurement and other departments, ensure that engineering projects are completed on time, with quality and quantity, and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Assist the General Manager in charge of administrative and personnel management work, including organizational structure optimization, talent recruitment and allocation, performance evaluation and incentives, corporate culture construction, qualification certification, project application, etc., and establish a talent system that is suitable for the development of the enterprise; Promote the improvement of human resource management system, enhance employee cohesion and combat effectiveness.
6. Assist the General Manager in handling external public relations, including liaising with government departments, industry associations, important partners, etc., maintaining and receiving them, and creating a favorable external environment for the development of the enterprise;
7. Coordinate the construction of enterprise systems, establish internal communication mechanisms, organize important meetings, compile weekly and monthly reports, convey CEO decisions and deployments, summarize opinions and suggestions from various departments, and ensure smooth internal information flow;
8. Responsible for arranging the daily itinerary of the general manager, drafting important documents, and circulating official documents to ensure the efficient progress of the general manager's work.
【Job Requirements】
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in marketing management, business administration, etc. Excellent candidates may have their education relaxed appropriately;
2. Work experience: Must have 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing/environmental protection industry, and have management experience in at least 2 or more modules in sales, engineering, and administrative personnel;
3. Possess strong overall coordination, decision-making assistance, and problem-solving abilities, familiar with industry policies and market trends, and possess excellent communication, document writing, and team management skills.
