General Assistant/CEO Assistant 1

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the General Manager in formulating medium and long-term development strategies and annual business plans for the enterprise, lead the organization of various departments to break down goals, formulate implementation rules, track the progress of strategic implementation, regularly summarize business data (including production, sales, engineering, costs, etc.), form operational analysis reports, and provide data support and professional advice for the General Manager's decision-making;

2. Coordinate the overall operational rhythm of the enterprise, coordinate cross departmental work such as sales, engineering, technology, and administrative personnel, solve core pain points in cross system collaboration, optimize operational processes, propose response strategies and promote implementation, and improve the overall operational efficiency of the enterprise;

3. Assist the general manager in coordinating sales system management work, participate in sales strategy formulation, market layout planning, and key customer resource docking, and promote the sales team to achieve annual performance goals;

4. Assist the general manager in overall project management related to engineering, coordinate the collaboration between the engineering team and sales, production, procurement and other departments, ensure that engineering projects are completed on time, with quality and quantity, and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Assist the General Manager in charge of administrative and personnel management work, including organizational structure optimization, talent recruitment and allocation, performance evaluation and incentives, corporate culture construction, qualification certification, project application, etc., and establish a talent system that is suitable for the development of the enterprise; Promote the improvement of human resource management system, enhance employee cohesion and combat effectiveness.

6. Assist the General Manager in handling external public relations, including liaising with government departments, industry associations, important partners, etc., maintaining and receiving them, and creating a favorable external environment for the development of the enterprise;

7. Coordinate the construction of enterprise systems, establish internal communication mechanisms, organize important meetings, compile weekly and monthly reports, convey CEO decisions and deployments, summarize opinions and suggestions from various departments, and ensure smooth internal information flow;

8. Responsible for arranging the daily itinerary of the general manager, drafting important documents, and circulating official documents to ensure the efficient progress of the general manager's work.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in marketing management, business administration, etc. Excellent candidates may have their education relaxed appropriately;

2. Work experience: Must have 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing/environmental protection industry, and have management experience in at least 2 or more modules in sales, engineering, and administrative personnel;

3. Possess strong overall coordination, decision-making assistance, and problem-solving abilities, familiar with industry policies and market trends, and possess excellent communication, document writing, and team management skills.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for pre-sales technical support, on-site investigation, and writing project technical solutions;

2. Responsible for project quotation work based on technical parameters, cost composition, and industry standards, preparing accurate technical quotation sheets, and cooperating with business to optimize quotation schemes;

3. Responsible for the preparation of technical bidding proposals, including requirement analysis, selection of technical routes, scheme design, parameter configuration and drawing, preparation of installation material purchase orders, etc., to ensure that the proposals meet the bidding requirements and are feasible and competitive;

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, major in Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage or related fields;

2. Engaged in water purification (high-purity water, desalinated water, integrated water purification, etc.) treatment process design related work for more than 3 years, familiar with water purification treatment related processes;

3. Understand on-site installation and debugging or have relevant work experience, proficient in using office software such as CAD.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the after-sales fault diagnosis, on-site/remote maintenance, and after-sales work of the company's water treatment series products, developing reasonable problem solutions, and ensuring the stable operation of customer equipment.

2. Undertake daily after-sales consultation for customers, answer their questions about product operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc., accurately record the details, handling process, and progress of after-sales problems, and timely synchronize them with customers and relevant departments of the company.

3. Responsible for organizing and archiving after-sales related documents, including fault handling reports, maintenance records, debugging data, customer feedback, etc.

4. Strictly follow the company's work deployment, actively cooperate with after-sales task allocation and cross departmental collaboration, perform business trips and overtime tasks as needed, assist in completing product after-sales training, customer follow-up and other related project supporting work.

5. Proactively collect customer opinions and suggestions on product quality, performance, and after-sales service.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, major in mechatronics integration, environmental engineering or related fields; Excellent individuals can relax appropriately.

2. 5 years or more of experience in after-sales maintenance or debugging is preferred; Priority will be given to those with experience in after-sales work in the environmental water treatment industry.

3. Understand the basic working principle of water treatment equipment and be able to adapt to necessary short-term business trips or emergency overtime;
