Introduction

The Project is the domestic sewage treatment project of coal mine of Xinjiang Yihua Mining Industry Co., Ltd., focusing on the collection and advanced treatment of domestic sewage in the mining area. The design treatment capacity of the Project is 360m ³/d, and the effluent quality meets the water quality standards for urban greening, road cleaning, fire fighting and building construction specified in Table 1 of Urban Miscellaneous Water Quality for Urban Wastewater Recycling and Reuse (GB/T 18920-2020). The treated effluent is completely recycled without discharge.

Process

A²/O+multi-media filtration+finished sodium hypochlorite disinfection; Sludge shall be reduced by the stacked screw dehydrator and delivered to the professional organization for treatment.

Solve Problems

Mainly solve the problem of domestic sewage treatment and resource utilization in Xinjiang Yihua Mining Area, specifically adapt to the climate characteristics of low temperature in winter in the project site, and ensure that the annual sewage treatment effect is stable and meets the standard. Through the combination of underground integrated equipment and exclusive process, the domestic sewage is fully recycled, which not only avoids the environmental protection risk caused by sewage discharge, but also saves the fresh water resources in the mine area, meets the green and low-carbon development needs of the coal mine, and improves the ecological environment of the mine area.

Project Highlights

It is suitable for low temperature environment, with targeted and optimized design. Buried integrated sewage treatment equipment is used to effectively resist the impact of low temperature in winter on the treatment effect, ensure stable operation throughout the year, greatly save floor area and adapt to the site layout of the mining area.

The process of "A²/O+multi-media filtration+finished sodium hypochlorite disinfection" is adopted. The process of A²/O effectively degrades the organic pollutants, nitrogen and phosphorus and other impurities in the domestic sewage. The multi-media filtration further purifies the water quality. The finished sodium hypochlorite disinfection is safe and efficient, and comprehensively ensures that the effluent quality meets the multi-period reuse standards for urban miscellaneous water.

Standardized sludge treatment: the stacked screw dehydrator is used for reduction treatment to significantly reduce the sludge volume, and then the sludge is handed over to the professional organization for disposal, so as to realize the harmless and standardized treatment of sludge, environmental protection compliance and reasonable resource disposal; The total amount of effluent is recycled without discharge, and the green and low-carbon development concept is practiced to improve the water resource utilization rate of the mining area.
