Introduction

This project is the municipal domestic sewage treatment project of Zhoujia Village, Gaoling District, Xi'an City. The sewage source is the domestic sewage of residents in the village, and the design water volume is 1500 m ³/d. The effluent quality of the Project is designed in strict accordance with the B standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province (DB61/224-2018). After treatment, the tail water can be used for greening watering, road watering and surrounding farmland irrigation, so as to achieve the recycling of water resources, promote the regional ecological environmental protection and agricultural production development, and improve the living environment of villagers.


Process

Grating and lifting pump tank+regulating tank+A ²/O biochemical tank+secondary sedimentation tank+coagulation sedimentation tank+intermediate tank+denitrification filter tank+clean water tank; Sludge shall be stored and thickened in the sludge tank and then transported outside by mobile sludge truck


Solve Problems

It mainly solves the problems of collection, treatment and resource utilization of domestic sewage of residents in Zhoujia Village, Gaoling District, Xi'an City. Organic pollutants, nitrogen and phosphorus impurities in the domestic sewage are effectively removed through a complete multi-level treatment process system to ensure that the effluent meets the specified B standard. At the same time, the realization of diversified recycling of tail water not only avoids the environmental protection risk caused by direct sewage discharge, but also saves fresh water resources. It also takes into account the municipal environmental protection, living environment improvement and farmland irrigation demands, and helps the rural revitalization and ecological protection of the Yellow River Basin.

Project Highlights

The process design is scientific and perfect, and the multi-stage treatment combination of "A ²/O biochemical tank+secondary sedimentation tank+coagulation sedimentation tank+denitrification filter" is adopted. The A ²/O process efficiently degrades the core pollutants such as COD, BOD, nitrogen and phosphorus in the sewage, and the subsequent multi-stage sedimentation and filtration further refine the water quality, so as to comprehensively ensure the stability of the effluent to reach the B standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province (DB61/224-2018).

It accurately meets the requirements of village-level municipal domestic sewage treatment. The design water volume of 1500m ³/d is consistent with the domestic sewage discharge of Zhoujia Village residents. The process flow is smoothly connected, the treatment efficiency is high, and the environmental protection standard, practicality and economical efficiency are taken into consideration.

The utilization rate of tail water is high, and it can be used for greening watering, road watering and surrounding farmland irrigation after treatment, so as to realize "waste water into resources" and practice the concept of green and low-carbon development; Sludge treatment standard: sludge tank storage and thickening+mobile sludge truck dewatering and outward transportation mode is adopted to achieve harmless and standardized sludge treatment and meet the requirements of municipal environmental protection treatment.
