Introduction

The Project is the upgrading and reconstruction project of Hongjiannao scenic spot sewage treatment station in Shaanxi Hongjiannao National Nature Reserve, focusing on the sewage treatment produced by scenic spot tourism and relevant supporting facilities. The designed treatment capacity of the Project is 500m ³/d. After the sewage is collected and treated, the emission concentration of pollutants shall strictly comply with the Class A discharge standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002), which is applicable to the ecological environmental protection requirements of national natural reserves. The project adopts the process of "A2/O+MBR+micro sand precipitation+UV disinfection". Sludge is reduced by the stacked screw dehydrator and then handed over to the professional organization for disposal. All mechanical and electrical equipment adopts frequency conversion control operation, taking into account energy conservation and system stability, and assisting the ecological environment protection and sustainable development of the scenic spot.

Solve Problems

It mainly solves the problem of insufficient original treatment capacity and water quality compliance capacity of Hongjiannao Scenic Spot Sewage Treatment Station. Through upgrading the treatment process through standard upgrading, the sewage in the scenic spot can be effectively purified to ensure that the discharged water quality reaches Grade A standard and meets the environmental protection management and control requirements of national natural reserves. At the same time, the operation of frequency conversion control equipment and standardized sludge disposal not only save energy, but also avoid the risk of sewage and sludge pollution, protect the ecological environment of Hongjiannao Nature Reserve and ensure the sustainable development of scenic tourism.

Project Highlights

High-end and high-efficient process configuration, adopting "A ²/O+MBR+microsediment sedimentation" combined process, A ²/O process high-efficient degradation of organic pollutants and nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater, MBR membrane separation technology improves water quality purification accuracy, microsediment further removes fine impurities, with UV disinfection, comprehensive protection of effluent to reach Class I A high standard, applicable to the strict environmental protection requirements of natural reserves.

With outstanding energy conservation, all electromechanical equipment adopts frequency conversion control operation, which can dynamically adjust the operating power according to the sewage quantity and water quality, greatly reduce energy consumption, practice the green and low-carbon management concept, and comply with the ecological protection positioning of the scenic spot.

Standardized sludge treatment: the stacked screw dehydrator is used to reduce the sludge, and then the sludge is submitted to the professional organization for compliance treatment, so as to achieve harmless and standardized sludge treatment; The overall operation of the system is stable and reliable, and it adapts to the fluctuation characteristics of sewage discharge in the scenic spot, so as to ensure long-term stability and compliance.
