Introduction

The Project is the supporting sewage treatment station project of Gansu Center for Disease Control and Prevention, focusing on the collection and standard pretreatment of medical wastewater generated by daily operation of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The designed water treatment capacity of the Project is 200m ³/d, and the main process adopts targeted medical wastewater treatment process. The effluent strictly meets the pretreatment standard in Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Medical Institutions (GB18466-2005), so as to ensure that the medical wastewater is connected to the urban sewage pipe network after pretreatment. Sludge treatment adopts high-efficiency thickening+stacked spiral sludge dewatering machine process, mud cake is regularly transported outside for treatment after disinfection treatment, fully complying with strict requirements for medical wastewater environmental protection control of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and safeguarding regional water environment safety and public health safety.

Process

Mechanical grid+regulating tank+hydrolysis acidification+contact oxidation+chlorination; The residual sludge in the sewage station is treated by high-efficiency thickening+hydrazine sludge dewatering machine, and the sludge cake is regularly transported for disposal after disinfection.

Solve Problems

Mainly solve the compliance pretreatment of medical wastewater of Gansu Center for Disease Control and Prevention, specifically treat organic pollutants, germs and other pollutants in the medical wastewater of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, ensure the effluent meets the specified pretreatment standards, and avoid the public health and environmental protection risks caused by direct discharge of medical wastewater. At the same time, through standardized sludge thickening, dewatering and disinfection treatment, the harmless outward transportation of sludge is realized, secondary pollution of medical sludge is eliminated, the compliance operation of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention is guaranteed, and the surrounding ecological environment and residents' health are protected.

Project Highlights

The process design is based on the characteristics of the medical wastewater of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The biochemical treatment combination of "hydrolysis acidification+contact oxidation", mechanical grating pretreatment and chlorination process are used to effectively remove the organic pollutants, germs and other core indicators in the medical wastewater, accurately match the pretreatment requirements of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in Medical Institutions, and the treatment effect is stable and reliable, which is suitable for the wastewater control requirements of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Sludge treatment is standard and compliant. Efficient thickening+conch sludge dewatering machine process is adopted to significantly reduce sludge volume. Meanwhile, sludge disinfection link is added to ensure that sludge cake can be transported outside for disposal after being harmlessly treated, so as to avoid the risk of medical sludge pollution in an all-round way and comply with strict management and control standards for medical, environmental protection and public health.

The designed water volume of 200m ³/d accurately adapts to the daily operation wastewater discharge of Gansu Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The process flow is smoothly connected and the treatment efficiency is high. Considering the professionalism, compliance and practicality of medical wastewater pretreatment, it provides reliable environmental protection support for the normal operation of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
