Introduction

This project is the supporting sewage treatment station project of Xi'an High-tech Zone Medical Industrial Park, focusing on the collection and standard pretreatment of medical wastewater in the park. The designed water treatment capacity of the Project is 1800m ³/d, and the pretreatment standard of Discharge Standard for Water Pollution in Medical Institutions (GB18466-2005) shall be strictly implemented for sewage discharge. The ammonia nitrogen index shall meet the B standard of Standard for Water Quality of Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers (GB/T31962-2015), so as to ensure that the medical wastewater is connected to the urban sewage pipe network after pretreatment. Sludge treatment adopts high-efficiency thickening+stacked spiral sludge dewatering machine process, mud cake is regularly transported outside for treatment after disinfection treatment, fully complying with medical wastewater environmental protection management and control requirements, and safeguarding regional water environment safety.

Process

Septic tank → collecting tank → regulating tank → anoxic tank → aerobic tank → sedimentation tank → disinfection tank; The residual sludge in the sewage station is treated by high-efficiency thickening+hydrazine sludge dewatering machine, and the sludge cake is regularly transported for disposal after disinfection.

Solve Problems

Mainly solve the compliance pretreatment of medical wastewater in Medical Industrial Park of Xi'an High-tech Zone, specifically treat the pollutants in medical wastewater, ensure that the effluent meets the specified pretreatment standards and special standards for ammonia nitrogen, and avoid the risk of direct discharge of medical wastewater. At the same time, through standardized sludge thickening, dewatering and disinfection treatment, the harmless outward transportation of sludge is realized, the secondary pollution of medical sludge is eliminated, the compliance operation of medical industry in the park is guaranteed, and the surrounding ecological environment and the health of residents are protected.

Project Highlights

The process design is suitable for the characteristics of medical wastewater. The biochemical treatment combination of "anoxic tank+aerobic tank" is adopted, and the end disinfection process is matched to effectively remove the organic pollutants, germs, ammonia nitrogen and other core indicators in the medical wastewater. The double emission standard requirements are accurately matched, and the pretreatment effect is stable and reliable.

Sludge treatment is standard and compliant. The process of high-efficiency thickening+conch sludge dewatering machine is adopted to significantly reduce sludge volume, and at the same time, the sludge disinfection link is increased to ensure that sludge cake is transported outside for disposal after being harmlessly treated, so as to avoid the risk of medical sludge pollution in an all-round way and meet the strict control requirements of medical and environmental protection.

The designed water volume of 1800m ³/d accurately meets the capacity demand of the medical industry park, the process flow is smoothly connected, the treatment efficiency is high, and the professionalism, compliance and practicality of medical wastewater pretreatment are taken into consideration, so as to provide reliable environmental protection support for the sustainable development of the medical industry in the park.
