Introduction

This project is a provincial key livelihood project, with a total investment of 278 million yuan. It is procured by China Water Resources and Hydropower Bureau 3 Co., Ltd. and supplied by Xi'an Huapu Water Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd. (the bid price is 112471473200 yuan). Taking Fengjiashan Reservoir as the water source, the project is to build a new 30000 m3/d water treatment plant, supporting relevant pumping stations, water regulating and storage tanks and water transmission and distribution pipe network, covering 5 towns and 48 administrative villages in Panlongyuan District, benefiting nearly 180000 people, aiming to break the "dual division" of urban and rural water supply, promote the "same source and same network" of urban and rural water supply, and provide water conservancy support for the regional rural revitalization and industrial development. It is expected to be fully completed in December 2025.

Process

Huapu integrated water purification process is adopted, specifically: raw water of Fengjiashan Reservoir → pre-sterilization treatment → coagulating reaction by adding flocculant → grid reaction and sedimentation → gravity filtration of quartz sand → storage of clean water pond → secondary dosing and disinfection → water quality detection and compliance → water is sent to the water transmission and distribution pipe network through pump station pressurization, and finally delivered to the user. Full-automatic operation is realized in the whole process, 24h unattended operation is available to ensure continuous and stable water supply.

Solve Problems

1. Solve the historical water shortage and unstable water quantity problems caused by geographic conditions in Panlongyuan District, and thoroughly solve the pain points of "water difficulty" of nearly 180000 people;

2. Improve the original water supply quality of the area, remove suspended solids, colloidal substances and other impurities in the raw water, ensure that the effluent meets the standard and ensure the drinking water safety of the masses;

3. Break the "dual division" pattern of urban and rural water supply, improve the regional water supply assurance rate to above 95%, solve the seasonal water shortage problem, and provide stable water supply support for agricultural irrigation and industrial upgrading;

4. Replace the original decentralized water supply mode, reduce the operation cost of water supply and reduce the waste of water resources.

Project Highlights

1. The equipment has strong adaptability and is specially customized for the surface water source characteristics of Fengjiashan Reservoir, with high integration degree and low investment cost;

2. The process flow is energy-saving and efficient, greatly reducing the later operation and maintenance costs, and prolonging the service life of the equipment;

3. Full-automatic intelligent operation can realize 24-hour unattended operation and save labor cost. Meanwhile, it is equipped with intelligent water supply linkage function to adapt to the overall intelligent water plant management system of the project;

4. As the supporting equipment for provincial key livelihood projects, the bid-winning supply complies with the specifications, the outlet water quality of the equipment is stable and meets the standards, directly benefiting nearly 180000 people, assisting regional urban-rural integration development and rural revitalization, and having significant social value.
