Introduction

The Project is the core project of green plant construction of Shaanxi China Tobacco Baoji Tobacco Factory, and the reclaimed water RO equipment with water production capacity ≥ 550m ³/d. The project focuses on the recycling cycle of production wastewater and domestic sewage in the plant area. After completion, the annual reuse of reclaimed water will be about 10000 tons, and the annual reduction of discharged sewage will be 11.5 million tons, which will effectively help enterprises to achieve the goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction. It is expected to reduce the annual carbon emission by 171 tons. It is a benchmark demonstration project for water conservation, efficiency improvement and low-carbon transformation in the tobacco industry.

Process

The whole process of "pretreatment+advanced treatment by double membrane method+mass separation recycling" is adopted:

1. Pretreatment: intercept large particle impurities such as suspended solids and grease, and stabilize the quality and quantity of inflow water;

2. Gels and macromolecular substances retained by advanced treatment ultrafiltration device

3. Deep demineralization and purification of RO system, matched with online intelligent scale inhibitor dosing and membrane element protection;

4. It is accurately conveyed by the variable frequency and constant pressure water supply system and recycled to the cooling tower for water supplement, production line cleaning, greening irrigation and other scenes.

Solve Problems

1. Solve the pain point of complicated composition and difficult treatment of production wastewater in cigarette factory, turn wastewater into wealth and greatly reduce fresh water consumption;

2. Reduce the discharged pollutants, reduce the impact on the surrounding water environment, and help enterprises pass the environmental protection compliance acceptance;

3. Replace the traditional direct discharge mode, reduce the enterprise water expense and sewage treatment cost, and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of water resources;

4. It adapts to the high standard water consumption requirements of tobacco industry, and ensures the stability of production process and product quality.

Project Highlights

1. The technology is advanced: the industry mainstream double membrane process is adopted, and the effluent quality is superior to the standard of Urban Sewage Recycling and Reuse Industrial Water Quality to meet the multi-period recycling needs;

2. Intelligent and efficient: equipped with 5G+adaptive intelligent management and control system, the cloud is remotely manned 24 hours a day, achieving unmanned operation, and greatly reducing manual operation and maintenance costs in case of failure;

3. Economy and energy conservation: about 180000 tons of fresh water is saved annually, 68% of sewage discharge is reduced, operation and maintenance cost is reduced by 45%, investment recovery period is short, and economic benefits are obvious;

4. Green demonstration: As the core project of China Tobacco Group's green plant, it provides reproducible technical schemes for reclaimed water recycling and zero emission transformation in the tobacco industry, with outstanding social and industrial demonstration values;

5. Stable and reliable: the membrane system is equipped with redundant design, with strong anti-pollution capacity, high operation stability, and suitable for continuous production requirements of industrial scenes.
