This project is the water plant construction project in Babao Town, Qilian County, assisting in quality improvement and upgrading of regional water supply. Qilian County is an important water source of Hexi Corridor. Relying on the local water source conditions, the Project is equipped with integrated water purification equipment and exclusive control system to cover the water demand of the people around Babao Town and relevant areas, help consolidate the regional drinking water safety results and promote the standardized and intelligent development of local water supply facilities.

Huapu integrated intelligent water purification process is adopted in combination with special control system for control, specifically: local raw water → flocculant dosing coagulation reaction → precipitation and clarification → quartz sand filtration → softening and adsorption → dosing and disinfection → online water quality detection → integrated water purification equipment control system V1 and 0 intelligent regulation and control → up-to-standard effluent. The whole process is automatically monitored by the control system and the operating parameters are adjusted to realize unattended operation and ensure the stability of effluent.
