Introduction

The Project is the production and living supporting water supply project of Altay New Material Industrial Park. Relying on the water sources around the park, the project is equipped with Huapu integrated water purification equipment to meet the dual demands of production and domestic water for enterprises in the park and domestic water for residents nearby, ensure the orderly operation of the industrial park and promote the high-quality development of regional new material industry.

Process

Huapu integrated high-efficiency water purification process is adopted, specifically: raw water → pre-treatment and interception of large particle impurities → flocculant dosing and coagulation reaction → precipitation and clarification → quartz sand filtration → dosing and disinfection → online water quality detection → qualified effluent, equipment integration design can realize automatic operation, flexibly adapt to water peak and valley changes, and ensure stable water supply.

Solve Problems

1. To solve the shortage of water supply facilities at the initial stage of new construction in Altay New Material Industrial Park, meet the dual water demand for production and living in the park, and guarantee the normal production and staff life of the enterprise;

2. Based on the characteristics of local raw water, the suspended solids, sediment and other impurities in the raw water are effectively removed to ensure that the effluent quality meets the standard;

3. Efficient and energy-saving equipment operation, reduced water supply operation and maintenance costs, and helped green and low-carbon development.
