Parameter Description and Selection Points
Equipment type: catering oil-water separator (OSD-S series, SMGY series, etc.); Industrial oil-water separators (OWS series, SYF series, etc.); Compressed air oil-water separator; Marine oil-water separators (YWC series, HBN series)
Processing capacity for catering: 0.5-100m ³/h; Industrial 2-720m ³/h; Ship 0.1-5.0m ³/h (selected based on total tonnage)
Material: 304 stainless steel (standard for catering); 316L stainless steel (industrial, marine); Carbon steel anti-corrosion (general working conditions require anti-corrosion treatment)
Separation structure gravity separation type (simple structure, suitable for stable water quality); Air flotation type (high separation efficiency); Filtering/coalescing type (high precision, capable of handling emulsified oil)
Heating devices need to be equipped with electric heaters in cold regions to prevent oil solidification and blockage of pipelines
Oil discharge method: automatic oil discharge (automatically opening the oil discharge valve through the oil level sensor) or manual oil discharge (regular manual oil discharge)
The sludge discharge system is equipped with a sludge hopper or discharge pipe, and the settled sludge is regularly cleaned
The oil content in the effluent of catering wastewater is ≤ 100mg/L (GB 20425-2006 Grade III standard); Industrial wastewater ≤ 15mg/L or ≤ 5mg/L (according to discharge requirements)
Working pressure compressed air oil-water separator 0.1-2.5MPa; Conventional atmospheric pressure type 0.3-0.5MPa
Working temperature 0-50 ℃ (conventional type), optional configuration for heating type
The required inlet water quality is pH 6-9, oil content ≤ 600mg/L, and suspended solids ≤ 200mg/L
Installation methods include underground installation, above ground indoor installation (for small catering), integrated pry installation (for small and medium-sized projects, compact land occupation), and the ability to expand multiple groups in parallel
Automatic control fully automatic type equipped with PLC control system, oil level sensor, liquid level sensor, automatic oil and mud discharge, fault alarm, remote monitoring and other functions
Regularly clean the oil collection area and sludge (usually once a month to once a quarter), check the status of the filter element (filter type needs to be replaced according to pressure difference or time, and marine equipment needs to undergo type approval inspection according to the prescribed cycle)
Adhere to the standards GB/T 12917-2009 "Oil Pollution Water Separation Devices", HJ/T 243-2006 "Technical Requirements for Environmental Protection Products - Oil Water Separation Devices", CJ/T 295-2015 "Oil Separators for Catering Wastewater", GB 50015-2019 "Design Standards for Building Water Supply and Drainage", GB 3552-2018 "Emission Control Standards for Ship Water Pollutants", GB 50014-2021 "Outdoor Drainage Design Standards", and IMO MEPC. 107 (49) Resolution
