Product Introduction

High salinity water treatment equipment is an integrated treatment system designed for high salinity wastewater. It mainly combines processes such as membrane concentration, evaporation crystallization, softening and hardness removal to achieve efficient separation of salt from water, reduce the salt content of wastewater, recover available water resources, and recycle or solidify salt resources. The equipment integrates pre-processing, concentration, evaporation, crystallization, self-control and other modules, with strong anti pollution ability and stable operation, which can meet the requirements of high salt wastewater discharge standards or zero discharge.

Process Selection

1. Membrane concentration process: using high-pressure reverse osmosis DTRO、 Electrodialysis and other techniques are used to achieve graded concentration of high salt water, which is suitable for the reduction and pretreatment of high salt wastewater.

2. Softening and hardness removal+membrane separation process: first remove calcium and magnesium ions to prevent scaling, and then perform membrane concentration, suitable for high hardness and high salt wastewater.

3. MVR evaporation crystallization process: evaporate and crystallize high concentration saltwater to achieve water salt separation, suitable for zero emission projects.

4. Nanofiltration salt separation+evaporation process: achieve separation of monovalent and divalent salts, separate crystallization and purification, and enhance the value of salt resource utilization.

Equipment Selection

1. Selection of core components: Select reverse osmosis membrane, DTRO membrane, nanofiltration membrane, MVR evaporator, forced circulation crystallizer, etc. based on salt content.

2. Material selection: Double phase steel, titanium alloy, 316L stainless steel, FRP anti-corrosion materials are preferred for high salt environments to extend equipment life.

3. Control selection: Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system to achieve automatic dosing, automatic backwashing, evaporation parameter adjustment, and safety interlocking.

4. Supporting selection: equipped with softening dosing device, security filter, condensate recovery device, centrifugal dehydration equipment and cleaning system.
