Product Introduction

The MMBR treatment device integrates MBBR mobile bed biofilm and MBR membrane separation technology, integrating efficient biochemistry and precise solid-liquid separation. It can efficiently degrade pollutants such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total nitrogen, and has excellent effluent quality, which can be directly discharged or reused in compliance with standards. The device has strong resistance to water quality impact load, low residual sludge production, and small footprint. It can be made into an integrated modular structure, which is fast to install and stable to operate. The system has a high degree of automation and can achieve unmanned operation and maintenance. It is widely used in various sewage treatment and upgrading projects such as municipal, rural, hospital, food, chemical, and aquaculture.

Process Selection

1. MMBR standard process

MBBR biochemical+membrane separation combination is suitable for routine organic wastewater in municipal, rural, hospital and other areas, with stable and compliant effluent.

2. Strengthen denitrification and phosphorus removal processes

Pre anoxic/anaerobic+MMBR, aimed at upgrading and transforming sewage plants with high requirements for total nitrogen and total nitrogen, as well as treating black and odorous water bodies.

3. Pre treatment+MMBR process

Coagulation sedimentation/air flotation/filtration+MMBR, suitable for industrial wastewater containing oil, high suspended solids, and high chromaticity (food, slaughter, printing and dyeing).

4. MMBR+deep treatment process

MMBR+activated carbon/disinfection/RO, meeting the requirements of reclaimed water reuse, zero discharge, and high standard surface water quality.
