Product Introduction

Widely used in municipal tap water purification, mineral water preparation, food and beverage process water, medical pure water pretreatment, industrial circulating water treatment, reclaimed water reuse, sewage treatment upgrading and transformation, swimming pool circulating water purification, oilfield/coal mine wastewater treatment, seawater desalination pretreatment and other scenarios. The UF membrane filtration device uses hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane as the core component, and efficiently removes suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, microorganisms, macromolecular organic matter and other impurities in water using the principle of membrane pore screening. The effluent has low turbidity and stable water quality. The device adopts a modular integrated design, can operate fully automatically, has online backwashing and chemical cleaning functions, occupies a small area, is easy to install, and is suitable for various water purification, pretreatment, and deep treatment scenarios.

Process Selection

1. Single stage UF filtration process: suitable for conventional water purification scenarios such as drinking water purification, swimming pool water treatment, and food processing water.

2. Pre treatment+UF process: quartz sand/activated carbon/self-cleaning filter+UF, suitable for high turbidity surface water and sewage reuse.

3. UF+RO/EDI combination process: As a front-end protection for reverse osmosis and EDI systems, it is widely used in the preparation of pure water and ultrapure water.

4. UF+disinfection process: After ultrafiltration, it is paired with ultraviolet and ozone disinfection for the production of drinking water and mineral water.

5. Recycling UF process: suitable for reclaimed water reuse and circulating cooling water systems, improving water resource utilization efficiency.
