Product Introduction

The environmentally friendly suction dredger is a combination of a "dredging operating table" and an "ecological guardian" for water bodies. It integrates excavation, transportation, and treatment, and can efficiently remove polluted sediment from the bottom of the water while minimizing secondary disturbance to the water body.

Precise cutting (eco-friendly cutter): The eco-friendly cutter at the bow of the ship is equipped with an adjustable closed cover, resembling a "surgical knife". It precisely cuts polluted sediment while preventing mud overflow, achieving "zero leakage excavation" and avoiding secondary pollution caused by traditional dredging.

Strong suction (mud pump): The cut mud water mixture is sucked in by a high-power mud pump.

Remote transportation (sludge discharge pipe): The mud is "delivered" to a designated yard several kilometers away through the sludge discharge pipe on the ship. Modern large vessels can transport silt 5-6 kilometers away through a series relay of underwater pumps and in cabin pumps.

Process Selection

Environmental protection requirement level: For sensitive water areas such as drinking water sources, it is necessary to choose ships with environmental protection knives.

Soil hardness: Ordinary cutter is selected for silt and floating mud; When encountering hard clay, dense sand or soft rock, a high-power cutter (such as 600kW or above) should be selected.

Depth and spacing of homework: If the depth exceeds 15 meters or the spacing exceeds 2 kilometers, vessels with deep water reinforcement or a series connected mud pump system should be selected.

Transportation and entry conditions: For inland construction sites without waterway connections, modular and detachable ship types can only be selected for transportation by truck.
