Faced with hospital sewage sludge, which carries a large amount of bacteria, viruses, and various pathogens, we exclusively use sludge hydrolysis and thermal drying technology, relying on high-temperature treatment to complete thorough sterilization and block the risk of bacterial transmission from the source. The industrial wastewater sludge generated by industries such as chemical, printing and dyeing, and pharmaceuticals is reduced in volume and quality through low-temperature sludge drying technology, effectively reducing the volume of hazardous waste disposal and significantly reducing the cost of environmental protection treatment for enterprises. The dredging sludge from rivers, lakes, and reservoirs has a high sand content and unstable output. The core function of Huapu sludge drying equipment is to evaporate the water in the sludge through thermal energy, achieving deep reduction and stabilization:


Deep Capacity Reduction: It can reduce the volume of sludge to 1/4 of its original size, significantly reducing transportation and disposal costs.


Deep drying: The sludge (with a moisture content of about 80%) treated by plate frame, belt, and centrifugal dewatering machines can be dried in one step to a dried mud block with a solid content of 90% (i.e. a moisture content of 10%).


Harmless treatment: High temperature environment can effectively kill viruses and bacteria in sludge. Through strong oxidants, magnetic fields, and active materials adsorption, harmful components such as heavy metals can be effectively separated.


Resource preparation: The dried sludge can be used to produce lightweight bricks and environmentally friendly building materials, achieving the transformation of waste into treasure.
