Product Introduction

The fully automatic dosing equipment primarily consists of a dosing tank, a dosing metering pump, an automatic control system, a safety valve, a buffer, a filter, detection instruments, and pipe fittings and valves. All these components are installed on a fixed base frame.

The dual-pump single-control combined automatic dosing device consists of one dosing tank, two metering pumps (mutually standby), one set of AC variable frequency automatic dosing control system, pipe valves, and a base frame.

The three-pump dual-control combined automatic dosing device consists of two dosing tanks, three metering pumps, three sets of AC variable frequency automatic dosing control systems, pipe fittings, valves, and a base.

Technical Advantage
Intelligent Automation
Fully automated operation, no need for manual supervision, significantly reducing labor intensity.
Accurate drug delivery
The precise and controllable dosing of drugs reduces waste and effectively lowers operating costs.
Stable water quality
Real time adjustment of water quality indicators to ensure stable treatment effects and meet effluent standards.
Reliable operation
The system is safe and reliable, with a low failure rate, and is suitable for long-term operation in various water treatment scenarios.
Working Principle

Through automatic sensing, data-driven decision-making and closed-loop control execution, the intelligent reagent precise dosing system realizes the leap from "experience dosing" to "intelligent precise dosing".

Process Selection

Automatic chemical dissolution: automatically prepare chemical solution;

Automatic dosing: automatically operate the dosing according to the set parameters;

Low level alarm: alarm and stop metering when the liquid level of the chemical tank is low;

Intelligent operation of pump: automatically switch different dosage according to feedback signal of water quality detector;

Parameter display: PLC interface displays equipment operation status, flow, liquid level of chemical tank and other parameters.

Equipment Selection

1. Material selection:

Chemical Type
