Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine

The stacked screw dewatering machine is mainly suitable for sludge concentration and dewatering treatment in industries such as municipal sewage, food processing, animal husbandry and slaughter, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, printing and dyeing, papermaking, and river sludge. It is particularly suitable for materials that are prone to clogging, such as oily sludge, biochemical residual sludge, and light sludge, to achieve sludge reduction and stabilization treatment.

Product Introduction

1.The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine adopts the design principle of multi-overlapping plate spiral filter pressing, and the core part is composed of one or several groups of filter units composed of spiral drive shaft, multiple fixed spectator and multiple movable laminations.

2.The water content in mud is generally 95% - 99.5%, and the water content in mud is generally 80% - 85%.

Process Selection

1. Direct concentration and dehydration process

Suitable for low concentration biochemical sludge, direct concentration and dewatering without the need for a concentration tank, with a simple process and small footprint.

2. Integrated process of concentration and dehydration

Concentrate first and then dehydrate, suitable for high moisture sludge with large processing capacity and lower effluent moisture content.

3. Pre treatment process of dosing flocculation

Equipped with PAC/PAM automatic dosing system, it improves the coagulation effect of sludge, enhances dewatering rate and sludge dryness.

4. Multi stage series deep dehydration process

Suitable for oily, highly viscous, and difficult to dewater sludge, multi-stage extrusion, with lower moisture content in the sludge cake.

5. Mobile emergency response technology

Skid mounted design, movable operation, suitable for river dredging and emergency sludge treatment scenarios.

Select according to ring diameter: 131, 201, 202, 301, 302, 401, etc

Select by processing capacity: from small laboratory equipment to large industrial models

2. Selection of ring material

Standard: 304 stainless steel, universal municipal and domestic sludge

Strengthening: 316L stainless steel, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, suitable for chemical, electroplating, printing and dyeing sludge

Special: High hardness wear-resistant coating, suitable for sludge with high sand content

3. Drive and control selection

Deceleration motor: variable frequency speed regulation, can adjust the speed according to the sludge concentration

Control: PLC fully automatic operation, automatic feeding, automatic cleaning, fault alarm

Optional: remote monitoring, linked dosing, liquid level linked start stop

4. Selection of auxiliary systems

Flocculation mixing tank: integrated/split type
