Process

Pretreatment Unit: The multi-media filter removes sediment and suspended solids; the activated carbon filter adsorbs residual chlorine and organic matter to protect the reverse osmosis membrane elements; the water softening unit reduces water hardness, preventing membrane element scaling and blockage.

Cartridge Filter: Equipped with a 5μm PP melt-blown filter cartridge, it intercepts fine impurities and serves as the final protective barrier for the reverse osmosis system, preventing damage to the high-pressure pump and membrane components.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Unit: Utilizing the principle of high-pressure permeation, it retains salts, colloids, bacteria, and heavy metals in the water. With a desalination rate of ≥98%, it is the core desalination unit for pure water production.

EDI (Electrodeionization) Unit (Optional): Eliminates the need for acid/alkali regeneration, continuously and deeply removes trace ions from water, replacing traditional mixed bed equipment. Suitable for high-purity water production.

Polishing Mixed Bed (Optional): Utilizes a mixture of cation and anion resins to deeply remove residual trace ions, achieving an effluent resistivity of up to 18.25 MΩ·cm, meeting ultrapure water standards.
