Product Introduction

Multi media filter is a pressure type deep filtration equipment, which is filled with two or more filter materials such as quartz sand, anthracite, manganese sand, etc. in the tank, arranged in layers according to density, and uses the step-by-step interception effect of multi-layer filter materials to deeply purify the water body. The equipment can be backwashed automatically or manually, with a mature structure and stable operation, making it the most commonly used pre-treatment equipment in water treatment systems.

Equipment Selection

1. Filter material selection: Select a combination of quartz sand, anthracite, manganese sand, zeolite, etc. based on water quality, and determine the grading and filling height.

2. Tank selection: Glass fiber reinforced plastic, carbon steel anti-corrosion or stainless steel materials are used, and the tank diameter and filtration flow rate are determined according to the treatment water volume.

3. Control mode selection: Manual valves, fully automatic multi way valves, or PLC linkage control can be selected to achieve automatic operation and backwashing.

4. Supporting configuration selection: equipped with backwash water pump, intake scrubbing device, pressure gauge, sampling port, flow meter, and inlet and outlet valves.
