Rural sewage treatment: scattered village and town sewage stations with multiple stations to solve the dilemma of "no one to manage after completion". Industrial park/coal chemical wastewater: high concentration and complex process wastewater treatment, achieving precise dosing, energy saving and consumption reduction. Water plant renovation: The old water plant is upgraded to intelligent technology, shifting from manual operation to remote automation. Pump station/integrated equipment: centralized monitoring and remote start stop of unmanned field stations.

Product Introduction

The Huapu remote operation and maintenance module is the core component of its intelligent big data operation and maintenance management platform, which adopts a four layer architecture:


Perception layer: PLC, sensors (water quality/liquid level), instruments, cameras, responsible for collecting on-site data.


Transport layer: Industrial intelligent gateway, supporting 4G/5G/WIFI/wired, responsible for data upload and command issuance.


Platform layer: Cloud/private deployment, including data center, AI algorithms, and digital twin engines.


Application layer: PC (configuration software), mobile APP, large screen cockpit, realizing human-computer interaction.

Equipment Selection

Look at the gateway: select the industrial edge computing gateway. It is required to support network disconnection cache and multi protocol compatibility (Modbus, OPC UA) to ensure local autonomous operation when network disconnection occurs.

Check sensors: For water quality monitoring (COD/ammonia nitrogen/total phosphorus), select digital sensors that support plug and unplug functionality; High precision and maintenance free electronic liquid level/pressure selection.

Platform selection: Priority should be given to platforms with low code configuration functions (such as Huapu Cloud configuration) to facilitate self adjustment of monitoring screens; Ensure support for dual end synchronization of PC and mobile app.

Scalability: The module needs to support post overlay video AI analysis (such as personnel intrusion, abnormal leakage recognition) and digital twin modules.

Manufacturer selection: Priority should be given to manufacturers with environmental backgrounds (understanding of processes) and coverage of multiple cases in the northwest/across the country to ensure that the algorithm model fits the actual working conditions.
